We will accept returns on website purchases within one week of delivery arrival. All defective products can be returned for refund or replacement, we also will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The customer is liable to confirm with Topearl for a advisable shipping method.The defective products can be refund or replaced as soon your returned beads arrives.
Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement, even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application, but must apply within 14 days from the arrival date of shipment. The customer should be responsible for all shipping costs and all taxes.
Prior to returning the product, contact Beads.us customer service department for a Return Authorization. All products returned to Beads.us must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach Beads.us without damage and please note that the parcel is for 'return products'.
Once we receive the merchandise, we will contact you via email to let you know the return/exchange process has begun. Exchanges will be shipped to you within a week. Refunds and store credits will be issued and/or shipped to your account or billing address within 7 business days.
Notes that the shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable, and will not be responsible for the returning shipping fees(from you to us) too. In addition, non-refundable categories and products include clear stocks, discount and specials items.
